Welcome to Jajodia Bhawan! These comprehensive Terms & Conditions outline the terms of use, policies, and regulations governing your access to our website and the use of our services. Reservation and Stay:


Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed based on the information provided during the booking process.


Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Handing over the room keys at the time of check out is mandatory. In case of failure, charges will apply.


Identification: Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification (passport, Aadhaar, driver's license, etc.) at check-in.


Age Restrictions: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.


Payment:


Reservation Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation.


Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other forms of payment as specified during the booking process.


Currency: All transactions will be processed in the local currency (INR).



Modifications and Cancellations:


Changes to Reservations: Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Conduct:


Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, adhering to local laws and regulations.


Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Any loss or damage to Jajodia Bhawan's property may result in charges.


Security: Jajodia Bhawan reserves the right to refuse entry or accommodation to guests who violate property policies or pose a security risk.



Privacy:


Personal Information: We collect, store, and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.



Liability:


Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their health and safety during their stay. Jajodia Bhawan is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses.


Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify Jajodia Bhawan for any claims arising from their actions or conduct during their stay.



Safety & Hygiene Measures:

The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. We are constantly keeping track of COVID-19 guidelines from the World Health Organization and the local health departments. In light of these unprecedented times, we have ramped up our safety measures. Please read on to find out all about the safety practices in place at Jajodia Bhawan.

Lobby Entrance

  • Body temperature checks will be done at the entrance
  • If the body temperature reads more than 98.6° F, the guest will be asked to return or directed to the closest hospital/medical facility as per policy
  • Sanitiser will be provided for hand sanitation & masks too if required
  • Record-keeping procedures will be followed at the front desk, as per health authority guidelines

Guest Rooms


  • Housekeeping associates will wear safety gear on the floor
  • No turndown services will be provided to facilitate minimum movement & contact
  • Room linen will be changed ONLY on request for the occupied room
  • Floors will be sanitized at regular intervals & small fixed/wall-mounted sanitizer shall be placed in the room/washroom


Restaurants

  • The staff will maintain minimal contact/communication during service
  • Disposable napkins/serviettes shall be used
  • Sanitizers will be kept for guests to use & also alcohol swabs will be made available which guests can use to sanitize cell phones, credit cards, etc.


Changes to Terms:


Amendments: Jajodia Bhawan reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be published on our website.
