Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines related to cancellations and refunds for reservations made at Jajodia Bhawan. Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


Reservation Cancellation:


Cancellation Period: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date without incurring any cancellation charges.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72-48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost.

Cancellations made within 48-24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the total reservation cost.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in no refund of the total reservation cost.


Refunds:


Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period.


Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the reservation.


Partial Refunds: If a reservation is partially cancelled (e.g., reducing the number of nights or rooms), the refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy and the remaining portion of the reservation.


No-Show Policy:


No-Show Definition: A "no-show" occurs when a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification.


No-Show Charges: In case of a no-show, the full reservation amount for the entire stay will be charged to the guest's account provided during booking.


Early Departure:


Early Departure Definition: An "early departure" occurs when a guest checks out before the originally scheduled check-out date.


Early Departure Charges: Guests departing earlier than the scheduled check-out date will be subject to an early departure fee.


Group Bookings:


Group Reservations: Different cancellation and refund policies may apply to group reservations, which are defined as reservations of 3 or more rooms.


Group Cancellation: Group reservation cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking and may differ from the individual reservation policy.


Force Majeure:


In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political events, or other emergencies, Jajodia Bhawan reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation and refund policies.
